Called on Mr Wash as my washing machine had broken and he was recommended to me. I used the call out service assuming the machine would have to be taken away and repaired as there were a few things wrong. Tony came out to me the next day (same day was offered) he fixed my machine in under 10 minutes, he was very knowledgeable and professional and also ensured I was charged a fair price for the work carried out. I would 100 percent recommend these guys. I'm so grateful to have my washing machine in use again after having to use a dreadful launderette in the meantime. I'd avoided due to potential high cost to repair but wished I'd have asked them sooner. I spent more in the launderette!

It has been more than a week since called and submitted the application in the portal and also emailed the supporting documents. Till now there is no response. Also made follow up calls twice and the response said the team will get back which didn't happen. Our need was urgent as the LL didn't provide a washer dryer. Not sure if there is a process or system glitch or if it is intentional .
