The worst possible service that I have experienced. Half of the amenities were broken or dirty when we came to the flat and they would take months and months to respond to simple queries. Some of which they still have yet to fix. I can and will NOT recommend this accommodation to anyone. At least find somewhere with a working toilet.

Good staff and servicing - kitchens clean and well stocked. Car park below accommodation Rooms cramped and inadequately sized. Reflective one way mirror on inside of windows heats the small rooms really quickly but no way of dissipating heat as window opening restricted Ensuite bathroom very cramped and waterworks unable to deal with extremes of temperature running either far too hot or too cold

Lived here during my second and third years of university, the flats are in great condition, room just enough for the maximum 4 bedrooms, living close to an aldi and the shooting star is fantastic. Super uni who own the building are easy enough to deal with and have a great 3 month rent payment plan for when loan drops.
