i rent with them for 3 month was enough for me: 1) washing machine was not working previous my entrance in the room, fixed after a month; 2) there sending people for viewing in your room without your knowledge; 3) they forgot to send me my deposit when i left the room so needed it to call them several times. ( unprofessional) 4) infestations of mouse, never seen something like that really stay away from this agency is too stressful to live in their house and to get fixed things you need to wait a very long time.

Very helpful Letting Agent. Saw a lovely property, which the Agent helped us secure. Treated us and the landlady fairly to agree the best deal that would meet each of our requirements. Also manages our property, and has been helpful in sorting out any maintenance issues to enable us to live in a nice environment. A letting agent that actually cares about their customers! Overall would definitely recommend.
