I recently had a chin implant surgery with one of the doctors at MyBreast, and unfortunately, my experience with the clinic has been entirely negative. Despite my best efforts to seek support and schedule a follow-up appointment with a new doctor, I have been met with complete indifference and unprofessionalism. My issues with the doctor began immediately after the surgery when I noticed some complications that required attention. Despite multiple attempts to seek support and get an appointment with another doctor, MyBreast has completely failed to provide any assistance or support. Since November, I have been attempting to schedule an appointment with a new doctor to address my concerns, but the clinic keeps pushing back my appointments, leaving me feeling frustrated, unsupported, and hopeless. The lack of urgency and empathy from MyBreast is unacceptable, and it has only added to the stress and anxiety of my situation. Overall, my experience with MyBreast has been incredibly disappointing and disheartening. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for plastic surgery or aftercare support. If you are considering MyBreast for any surgical procedures, I would advise you to reconsider and look for a more supportive and professional clinic that values the well-being of its patients.

After a couple of friends sang their praises about my breast I decided to go with them to finally go ahead with a breast enlargement procedure as it was going to boost my confidence. However, I was wrong I experienced terrible service from start to end. After being chased for payment before my consultation for the procedure. After I paid the service that was delivered was unacceptable. My consultation was cancelled on two separate occasions. The consultation was finally re arranged to go into the clinic on Harley street, i waiting an hour for the surgeon to arrive having travelled over 2 hours and booking time off work wasted my time. I had to chase Mybreast for an update Jasmine had no idea! She looked into further and the outcome was she double booked the surgeon by this point i was discouraged to pursue the surgery which was less than a week away! After all this trouble, I did not even get an apology, which i was think unbelievable!

I would actually give them less than a one star if I could. I set up a consultation which I had to pay a deposit for. The first lockdown meant that I was unable to go to the appointment and was also unable to re-book anything. So I have spent the last year emailing and calling to try and get a refund but have hit a brick wall each time. I keep being told someone will get back to me and I am yet to hear from anyone. Considering the nature of your business I would imagine a lot of trust is needed from patients and a high level of customer service and unfortuantely I have got neither of these from this company.

Poor experience with booking consultation. Just wanted to discuss concerns and queries with specified doctor. I was contacted the day before to say that they couldn't do my meeting but another doctor could. I asked to be refunded because I wanted the consultation with the doctor I had specifically picked and was told my appointment would be cancelled because I did not upload photos... Will be disputing this further but such a poor first impression!
