    Delicious cookie dough that cannot be faulted! There’s nothing else quite like it. Having said this, a few changes could make the customer experience so much better. We stood and waited around 15/20 minutes from the time of order (would have been fine if we’d been warned it would be so long!). Customers were standing around, confused because there was no clear way to queue and no difference between the “order” and “pick-up” points. Staff were unsure about who had ordered what and in what order (there didn’t appear to be any ticketing system they just shouted the orders to each other, meaning some got forgotten/muddled up and had to ask the waiting customers to help them remember). The fact that the product is so good is really the saving grace and the thing that keeps me coming back! It’s a shame the customer service isn’t yet up to the same level…
