The team, lead by David Smith, provided considered, honest and sound advice throughout. They were available and responsive for me and purchasers. David negotiated the first deal cajoling the vendor, a local land owner and he knows most of them, over many months of dedicated work. His subsequent knowledge of potential buyers led to guide price offers for our house in a couple of weeks, all off market, which was a great relief. He questioned, prompted and encouraged all of us to keep the process flowing, using his considerable experience to head off any hitches.
