Untrustworthy, shady, and careless. I wouldn't be surprised if the good reviews are fake. They claim to not have hidden fees, yet they have hidden fees. They claim to use "skill and care" in handling your product, yet they allowed for the item to get destroyed. I am now out $155 USD because they refuse to compensate me for being careless with my items. DO NOT USE MYUKMAILBOX UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY ON AWFUL SERVICE

I can't stress enough the ease of this service of how seamless MyUKMailbox makes the process. Sent multiple boxes to their warehouse, they consolidated the shipment within 1 day and shipped the box out on the same day. The importance of a service like this in another country is endless and would highly recommend the service. I see a lot of people giving negative reviews for cost of services and it's frustrating to view these. There are costs involved for the services they offer and from my interaction the costs are well worth the services provided and reasonable at that for the services that are provided. Highly highly recommend for sending packages to their warehouse to consolidate for shipping to the US from the UK.
