Karen was very professional and very warm, welcoming and suggested French shellac and I have to say, since having them done can't live without them!! They are absolutely fabulous and I have them done every 3 weeks! It's part of my essential shopping and I often get complete strangers saying how great my nails look! Great experience, Thanks Karen!
