A terrifying and highly unprofessional experience. I had come to Katya twice prior to this terrible experience back in January. had reached 20 mins later for our appointment and Katya made sure I knew she was angry. I asked if she was okay and if I could get a simple Design on my nails with yeh time we had, she erupted, began to scream and cut all the nails off. I was shocked with no way to defending myself so I left the salon crying. It was a Friday, I couldn’t book anywhere to get the acrylic taken off so I had to do it myself and get temporary stick on nails. An awful encounter and a desperate need for Katya to reflect on her behaviour. Service: Manicure

I booked an appointment on 14th of December which when it got to that date I tested positive for covid that morning so I cancelled the pre paid appointment as soon as I could to find Katya not wanting to give me a refund. I am a student and work for the NHS I have been as safe as I could so to catch it was devastating. then had no other option but to cancel the appointment. I was in contact with treatwell and Katya to find that katya still wouldn't give me a refund even though I was genuinely covid positive as I had to cancel so many appointments i just wanted my money back. I am so disappointed as it was a lot of money for nothing I am finally coming out of isolation and want to book again somewhere else but I now don't have to money because katya won't refund me. I have no other option but to post a bad reviews to still try get my money back as I am still fighting for it.
