it's changed a bit, service levels have dropped, they try to force you to use the app. Deliveroo takes priority over people dining in. It's business I suppose. The staff were nice enough, the shift manager however, very dismissive French male,( 5 points for who can name him), he could do with lessons in hospitality. I love nandos, but it's losing its touch. Sort it out guys please.

Our order was forgotten for about 20-30 minutes, and when we asked if our order went through (as we ordered through our phone) they finally went to check. It looked like our order receipt had fallen off from the counter so the kitchen stuff didn't notice. The food was ready after about 10-15 more minutes, but the server did not say anything. No apologies. I wouldn't mind waiting for food as I can understand that it can be quite busy, but the way they handled the situation wasn't so great.

Great staff, great food. It was my first time at Nando’s. I like how you can just scan and order online. The drinks were refills with soft drink options. The waiting time was about 10-15 minutes. Food-wise, the sauces were tasty and the wings were amazingly soft. I tried the extra hot sauce and it was nice, as well as the garlic sauce. The staff was helpful. All in all, had a great experience. And will come again for sure.
