Kid-friendliness: Absolutely terrible. Child is 3 years old and we were waiting for 50 minutes for his meal. He got restless and started crying saying he was hungry. No one checked up on him or offered pens and paper or anything to keep him entertained. They also didn’t offer to bring his food before the adults. I had to go up after 45 minutes and ask for them to bring his meal and shock they bought it out straight away so no reason they could have done it sooner.

Dull lights mafe it appear closed at first and hard to read the menu. Only ordered a bowl of chips and a drink....wasn't expecting to have to remortgage to pay for it. Chips arrived just about warm and when asked for some mayonnaise i was advised they only do that plant based rubbish and there was no alternative.....a vegan would have gone mad if there was no alternative £7 for a bowl of cold chips and flat coke eaten in the dark. First and last trip to nandos ☹️
