Ordered food to collect at 1350. I asked one of the gentlemen to get my order. He said he will check on it in a moment, but then went on cleaning tables. He walked past me a couple of times completely ignoring me. At 1405 I approached another member of staff who gave me my order straight away, which was ready waiting in the past 15 minutes. By this time the food was lukewarm. They offered me to make another order but I was already late from work. I don’t think I will experiment with this Nandos again. Bit of a shame, the previous staff was always very professional:(

22 of us travelled to London for a meet-up and we ate at Nandos Southwark. We were on a time constraint, the staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. 22 people fed and watered in 1.5 hours and the food was Fantastic! Thanks very much!
