I have contacted this agency to look for a job , the lady called me , and spoke to me in a very rude way, she didn't say where she is calling from, told me i applied for work, i asked which work, and she answered, that i don't remember what i apply for, and hang up the phone, i have never been spoken to in such appealing way, and this is truly shocking,

I would definitely avoid this agency. First of all Elsa's attitude is really bad and she is abrupt with clients even the first time she speaks to them. I called and asked for an experienced nanny that would have previous nursery experience and could drive. Elsa did not give me any options as she choses which nanny she will send to which family and she sent me a young lady who was lovely but had no previous nursery experience and was not driving. I requested a change as I did not think that this one would work and again she decided who she will send me and she sent me another one. The nanny was amazing the first month (which is the time that they are obliged to find you a replacement nanny) but then she did not do half of what she was doing the first month. I called Elsa and explained all this and that I was not told that the nanny smokes etc. She was really offended that I had asked why I was not informed about that as she was mentioning that it is a personal information that she does not ask the nanny. After numerous lies I found out that the lady that I had in my house has a big connection with the agency and knows Elsa numerous years and they are friends. After I mentioned all this to Elsa and that I wanted to stop working with them as the nanny left my son alone while I was upstairs and without even informing me because it was her time to go Elsa did not even bother to apologise or even offer the agency fee refund as it was obvious that they sent me the nanny to just collect the fee!!! Overall, my experience was really bad with this agency and I would not recommend it to anyone. It has set our family back so much as I have lost so many nannies in the meantime and I have paid a fortune for a nanny for 3 months!!!

When I returned a missed call from an unfamiliar number (no voicemail left), the lady was very suspicious of me. It later transpired that the number belonged to the Nannies, Mammies and Daddies Agency, whom I had contacted via their website a few days earlier. I was bluntly told that I (the potential client) had phoned at an inconvenient time and could I call back in 2-3 hours after her meeting. I said no, she should phone me back. I did not receive a call back that day and instead missed her next phone call the following lunchtime. When I phoned back the phone rang and eventually disconnected (no voicemail was set up). During the call back I was once again told that I had phoned at a bad time and could we speak after 5pm, which wasn’t convenient for me due to cooking and childcare duties. By this point I was having second thoughts about the agency. I had been made to feel like an inconvenience and it was proving to be hard work to set up an initial chat. Then they tried to obtain details about the candidates I was already interviewing and so I decided to walk away and take my business elsewhere. I am still waiting for confirmation that my details have been removed from their system. All in all, it was a very bizarre experience and a lesson in how not to treat potential customers.
