Normally I find this a very good shop. Nash really cares about the business and the place has a real personality rather than the average Premier place. Was a bit of a shame today when I bought a meal deal. 1st time I have done this here. Got to the counter and bill was way higher than the 3.50 meal deal price. I checked why and the coffee drink was not in the deal apparently. I went back to the cabinet and indeed it wasn't. The shelf edge in the coffee says "mega deal" and is next to the "meal deal" drinks. It uses the same colour signage as well. I don't know if this is intended to catch people out and make more money or if its just bad branding? I wonder how many people this cath es out and makes them over a quid worse off? 🤔 Please change this.
