Lots of hidden charges, multiple invoices sent throughout the move and threats to stop service during move, incorrectly charged for services not provided. Forced to pay as they threatened to stop the removal mid way. Paid in good faith assuming the matter would be rectified afterwards. Have been chasing constantly for over a month to discuss with no response at all. Initial quote was for £900 ended up paying close to £2000. Would advise people to seek other companies!

Great service. Excellent communication and they actually arrived early to collect the new mattrees I needed transporting. Arrived at the other end quickly but with a small damp patch where they may have put it down in the wet weather. The plastic wrapping should have protected it but may have been damaged and in fairness it is possible the mattress got damp b4 it was moved; I cannot be sure. Would definitely use them again though.
