    Since my review the receptionist has called to apologise and I received a full refund for the top up which I really appreciate. Thank you for putting right what I described below . (On arrival for my top up I was left waiting for 20 minutes before the receptionist informed me , bad news the girl who is doing your treatment had an accident and we can’t see you today . Whilst I understand these things happen . It was 9.20am, I had driven over 25 miles and no alternative appointment time was offered to me , no compensation. ). Service: Permanent lip makeup
