I received my visits as a gift due to suffering crippling migraines . I was very apprehensive and didn't know what to expect. I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease in minutes. We had a long chat regarding what could be causing the problems, Sian was so easy to talk to she took the session and a lovely pace and you weren't made to feel rushed . It was like I had been going there for years . She has a great knowledge in her field. The treatments have been amazing and so far touch wood, not even a headache , which I was experiencing daily . I would highly recommend her to anyone

I recently trained for and ran a half marathon. Two days before the race, I suffered back pain so bad I thought I’d have to withdraw from the run. Sian treated me that day and the following day. On race day, I woke up with no back pain, feeling good and ready to run. Since the race I’ve had aches in my left hamstring and glutes. After one treatment, my aches have disappeared!! Sian, you are simply amazing, you have magic hands! Thanks so much xx

I went to see Sian after an injury, when my knee wasn’t getting better and the crutches had injured my shoulder too. The knee was improved quickly with massage and trigger release, I frequently fell asleep during treatments as the atmosphere was so relaxing and Sian created blends of aromatherapy oils specifically for me. The shoulder took more work with fascia release, but in the end I had more movement in my shoulder than I’d had since a car accident in 1994! Sian goes above and beyond and gets results. Highly recommend!

Sîan is extremely talented and diligent massage therapist. I came to her after my previous therapist reccomended her (as she was moving to Scotland). I was a bit sceptical to begin with as I'd been to several other therapists that had been reccomended by friends and they weren't quite the right fit for me. However, throughout an initial course of treatment sessions Sîan was able to completly "fix" my left shoulder which was had limited mobility and was quite painful. Take note that Sîan is a highly qualified massage therapist - and also has the bonus of being an aromatherapist and for each of my massages blends a unique oil depending on my mood. She is also incredibly personable and friendly - I look forward to each session I go to. If you are in any sort of pain I *highly* reccomend contacting Sîan and seeing if she can help in any way. I have reccomended my own family and friends to her - including my mother who has also had similar results!
