I only work twice a week as an agency member. On my first day, i was told to supply the products to the line. A lady was constantly saying something to me in her own language. I told her calmly that can you please say it in english, I cant understand what u are saying. She became rude and angry and constantly abusing me in her own language and theres not a single word I could understand. I felt insulted and humiliated told the manager after that. People working there are crazy,rude and they dont understand english at all. Some guys are good but the problem is with the elder women. If you dont understand their language they get angry and throw things in a way to show anger. Worst place to work.

Before I start my constructive review of Nature's Way, I want to respond to Steve Thornton's review of this company about not understanding the negative reviews and that' you get what you put in': I have worked at places where I 'put in' a lot of hard work and 'got' treated badly by a lot of the staff, so your old-school statement is quite rightly becoming more and more redundant. Now, back to the review! Worked at Nature's Way a while back, and as soon as I arrived at the site in the middle of nowhere, I had this feeling I'd seen this place on some secretly-filmed TV documentary. It was a couple of weeks before Christmas when I started, so I would get my first wages on Christmas Eve, but when the agency, who shall remain nameless, said I wasn't needed that day, I asked about my wages. They said that if I waited at a certain location in North End at 6am Christmas Eve, someone in a minibus will turn up with my wages. I was there before 6am, at the location they specified. There was no show. I was expected to return to work on the 27th of December, when I raised the issue about not being paid. I was told to wait until the end of the shift. Unhappy with his attitude, I started the shift, and decided at the first tea break that I would not return to work until I got paid, where I stayed in the smoking area until what would end up being the end of the shift. Other employees knew what I was doing, and weren't the ones that had a go at me for my actions. They did wish me luck however, but I knew they were joking because I had more chance of creating world peace than getting my wages sooner rather than later. At the end of the shift, someone opened the agencies onsite office, where I explained my situation of not being paid on time, of which he became difficult towards me, thinking I was being unreasonable! Before getting on the minibus back home, some oily little man with bad teeth who worked for the agency asked the same man where Jason Brown was. I got pointed out, where this unprofessional idiot had a go at me, even more so when I said that none of this would have happened if I got paid on time. His final words were 'You won't be asked back', which I accepted, as I didn't want to work at a place where the agency and staff treated me badly. Over a week later I received a phone call from the same staff agency asking me when am I going to come back to work at Nature's Way?! When initially finding out about this job, it was during the telephone call that I got the offer of a role there. What does that tell you about the company?! High turnover of staff?!
