Previously wrote a good review with the previous and first time I went. Went back for an appt. Got wet when the water was all over my clothes but I said nothing because the lady seemed like she was fairly new. Didn't make a fuss. Then explain to the other lady what I wanted. They seemed quite confused and I showed them a picture. Ended up getting seen to by Naz, the owner. Apparently miscommunication meant that she didn't think I wanted a trim and just wanted feathers that was done from the centre. I ended up leaving 20 mins later than I expected to even though I was there for 1hr 50mins earlier for a wash, cut and blow dry. They had a lovely lady try to make me happy and I got a feathering on a side parting like I originally wanted but this ended up ruining my blow dry since I had two sets of feathering but at that point there's nothing that could be saved. Believe me my hands were on my head for the majority of my session and I told them I wasn't happy. Even though I told them I was unhappy they charged me full price of £35. Would never go back again with Naz's attitude after she said that's all she can do. Good for people with straight simple hair. Can't cater for curly hair. They feel the need to take a curler for the curly hair girls and fail to use a heat setting product both times that I have been now. I'd rather pay more for a quicker and smoother service because it is effort to take care of hair in general.

Had a really good experience from start to finish. Sister Naz fit me in the same morning. Was really pleasant and welcoming. Pakeeza did an amazing job on my hair, my hair was so damaged, dry and brittle but she bought it back to life for me. Was worried initially as I didn’t want ash tones but Pakeeza was really informative and reassuring. She took her time and talked me through the process every step of the way and asked my preferences. She was not overbearing how sometimes when you go into a salon and the hairdresser takes over - nothing like this. She did everything and more I asked for. Great host and service. Pakeeza also gave me great aftercare. The washing and conditioning of my hair was amazing, was really gentle, water temperature was perfect and was like a mini head massage 😊 The best thing about this place was I only came in for 1 service and I was able to get 3 services from 1 place which saved me a lot of time. Naz did my eyebrows perfect exactly how I wanted them. Never felt no pain whilst she threaded my eyebrows. Also has LVL lash lift and they turned out amazinggggg. Never seen my eyelashes this long. Was sooo happy with the experience. I will be returning tomorrow for my daughters LVL lash lift and I will most definitely be returning in the near future for more treatments. I had hair cut and full head of highlights. I was seen by Zainab, a very lovely lady and very good and highly skilled at her job. I absolutely loved the results. She modified the colour a bit as I requested which I really appreciated, the cut and blow-dry gave a very high quality finish. Very pleased and enjoyed my time here. Thank you xxx
