I actually hate that I have to write this review but to be honest the amount of money I paid, I expected better. My first set of biab was great and lasted longer than the 4 weeks it was supposed to. My second set wasn’t great and kept peeling off. I went back in and all the girls agreed that the set wasn’t done properly and the apex was done incorrectly. They repaired the problem but the same thing happened again. I went back for the third time were they suggested that perhaps biab wasn’t for me because my nails were too long. I was advised to try acrylics with tips instead. I honestly didn’t want that as I had taken such a long time growing my natural nails but I trusted the nail techs advice and let them cut my nails. They let the same woman who messed up my nails at my last appointment redo my nails. Which didn’t make sense to me. Fast forward 3 days and the acrylic is coming off. I have spent almost £300 on 4 different visits and I’ve not been satisfied at all. The receptionist told me that the manager would call me so when can discuss getting it sorted. She never called me. The receptionist even went so far as to say “if I was you I wouldn’t come back”. She was right, im never going back. The women are lovely but my God, I have never been so let down. The best eyebrow threading and lash lift I've ever had. Mandi did my eyebrows so quickly but they were perfect and I didn't get redness or any spots afterwards like I usually do. I got my underarms waxed by her as well and didn't get irritation or spots which also happens very often with others. I've found my favourite salon in Chelmsford!

Terrible pedicure. I paid £147 in total for a manicure and medi pedi with nail art. This is the most I’ve ever paid and so I expect it to be nice and luxurious. The pedicure was rushed and because she was rushing she filed part of the skin off around one toe and cut too much cuticle off another two toes leaving them red and sore. The pedicure even though it was gel got smudged in my shoe as though it wasn’t dried and I also had to come back. The manicure was better quality, but the glitter that was applied wasn’t applied smoothly so my nails are rough to the touch and catch on some fabrics. Overall, the experience was poor and overpriced! Services: Manicure, Pedicure
