Been a member for two years. When I was first looking to start my F&B street food business they were great and very helpful on the phone with advice however due to personal issues I didn’t launch and the membership auto renewed. I reached out to them on Twitter and was advised to call them. When I was finally able to ring them they were sarcastic on the phone stating that I should read the T&Cs when signing up and insisted that I pay £54 and return the pack to cancel. It was like speaking to a robot and made me feel as they auto renew a lot of members and then when they want to cancel just read out that they should read the T&Cs and charge a hefty Cancelation fee instead of understanding their “members” situation or the reason behind why they want to cancel.
