This company was chosen to install a new (replacement) boiler 2 years ago. Before this, all but 1 radiator worked in the house. Now multiple radiators do not work and although they have called out numerous times over the past 2 years, the issue is still not resolved. More importantly - we have had to pay for all of the call outs (almost 2K) even though they haven't fixed the issue. An official complaint has been lodged to request urgent action but we have been fobbed off with a 28 day complaint procedure. My experience of NCS has been absolutely amazing. From my first enquiry, followed by a survey, then response to my queries and finally the installation was superb. The whole team were so very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. It is always a worry when appointing a contractor for something as big as a boiler installation but from the outset I felt comfortable with NCS and this confidence continued through all steps. We sent photos and outlined our requirements by email. NCS generated a no obligations quote and also answered some queries via telephone. They then followed up promptly by sending a surveyor who was thorough and generated a same day quote. On acceptance, a date for installation was immediately scheduled and parts ordered. Two engineers came; worked non-stop. On completion, they explained the operating system. Very tidy - had put down dustsheets to protect carpets. Polite men. The admin side is efficient - good communication and warranties arrived one day after completion of the work. We have also been assured that we can call up if we have any questions as we familiarise ourselves with the new system. Impressed! Service: Heating system installation
