My personal treatment under Mr Neil Bradbury was excellent and highly professional and I consulted with him only after carrying out significant detailed research. He and his colleagues have a wonderful re-assuring and pragmatic approach to knee issues and I was kept fully informed about all aspects of the operation to replace the right knee. I was treated at the private hospital near bath where he regularly consults, so cannot comment on London.

I have been nothing but bitterly disappointed with my total knee replacement operation. Even following physio for over 8 months, I still cant bend my knee into the promised 120 degrees, sadly I am still a long way off it. I suffer on a daily basis with pain management and my usual activities have been hampered by the slow recovery. My disappointment was also exasperated by the facilitation of my care whilst staying at the Princess Grace Hospital where I had the operation in 2020.An incident occurred during my incarceration to which Mr Bradbury's team didn't help me in anyway whatsoever. I was left feeling extremely vulnerable and very much alone to deal with the issue which was finally resolved with me working with the hospital rather than Bradburys team of administrators.
