I've ordered from neills a few times in the past, but recently ordered a 10kg kit of siliglass. Due to a wrist injury one of my wrists can't hold much weight, so I contacted them and asked if they were able to separate the silicone into smaller containers rather than 5kg tins. The receptionists are extremely friendly and welcoming, but they passed me onto Tom who is honestly so lovely to talk to and welcoming. He very kindly split the silicone up into 2.5kg jerrys, and he also sat on the phone to me for nearly half an hour to speak about something technical, with not one sign of being bothered by me whatsoever. He is incredibly knowledgeable in materials and I'd highly recommend asking him any questions. He's also helped me out with a few other things which I am very grateful for and has went above and beyond when he really didn't have to. He's also offered to do something to help my business partner out in australia, which would otherwise be impossible. Thanks Tom!
