I worked with Catherine weekly for nearly 3 months while I was on an extended trip to London and had an excellent experience, so much in fact that I plan to see her whenever I come back to London during my multiple trips per year. I often skip the massages when I travel (mainly because I don't know who to go to that will understand me), which usually makes me feel lousy by the end. This time I said I'd be diligent and stick with my regular routine, and I'm so happy with that decision. Not only did Catherine help to maintain and improve my areas of difficulty (particularly spine, shoulder, hip and mobility issues), she opened my eyes to new types of treatments such as lymphatic drainage that I have continued to do once I got back home. I had a noticeable positive change in sleep quality immediately after the first lymphatic drainage treatment, and the treatment has continued to be effective for me. I highly recommend Catherine whether you're a local to the city or just visiting for a short period of time

NEO MASSAGE - CATHERINE - Unlike the other therapists I have seen, Catherine personalised my treatment to the areas I had treated, and specifically zoned down to the areas I was most swollen and bruised. Most therapists work in what seems a routine, with their set areas regardless of the areas you had treated. Catherine worked longer on my neck to awaken my lymphatic system, and then used an appropriate amount of pressure (some are too gentle/too hard). She focused on my ankles & feet rotating them in ways I am not able to whilst healing, and I noticed the swelling pretty much disappear overnight. No other therapist has achieved what she has done, not to mention a lovely customer service she provides upon arrival too.
