Rooms and location look great. Unfortunately customer service is something to be desired. I called to ask what the access was like for the property.. is there a reception or something I pick up the key from the guy that answered was very rude and had a poor attitude saying things like well don’t all properties have keys. Do you not have a key for your house and why what are you planning! He then went on to say we’ve had 2000 guests and your the first person to ask. I can’t understand why you’d want to know! All this information is on the website. I thought this to be very rude as the information on the website did not answer the questions that I had. I was simply calling to gain the information to answer my questions and was dealt with inappropriately! Noteworthy details: Rude management lack of information
