A very nice place to visit. The machines come in 3 sizes, small for £5, medium for £7 or large for £10. All use £1 coins and the dryers use 50p's for which you get 5mins per coin. The ladies there are very helpful and always have change for the machines. It's very easy to find as it's just round the corner from Salford train station.

The best customer service I have ever seen!! I only brought my Debit Card and I didn’t have quarters on me, so the laundry lady offered to give me the coins and start my loads while I walked to the ATM to get cash. That was so considerate of her and saved me time since the place was closing in a few hours.

We used New York Laundrette for a quick wash and dry during our Manchester holiday. Very friendly and helpful staff, changed our cash for coin, provided washing powder and assistance when we looked stuck. We had to wait 10mins or so for an available machine, but expected that so came prepared.
