So happy to find somewhere like this still open in London. Really friendly - we just walked in. Picked up some beautiful newel caps and got some great advice on how best to fit them how to approach it tools to use (we're DIYers trying to rectify an awful loft build!) Also got some great ideas for future options for newel posts and other changes without any pressure. Beautiful workshop so much variety but great staff means it wasn't overwhelming at all. Couldn't recommend more!
