The work they 'eventually' did for me was professional enough. However, they asked for a whopping 75% deposit, and after I paid it, I didn't hear from them for weeks! I shouldn't have had to chase them at all. So, be warned, folks.

We ordered some seat and cushion covers for our conservatory furniture. Unfortunately when we took possession of the order it was not what we expected at all. Niki, the owner, came to our house to see what the problem was. She never once made us feel that we were in the wrong and accepted that mistakes had been made as well as some misunderstanding about the order. She immediately agreed to ensure that we had exactly what we wanted at no extra cost. The covers re excellent quality and very well made and we are more than pleased with them. It was excellent customer service from Niki and would highly recommend them to anyone. You get what you pay for and we are getting what we expected now. Thanks Niki.

We had 2 chairs and a stool originally made by Ercol , brought back to life by Niki and her team. They were purchased in 1967 and used regularly for a number of years, then demoted to a spare room as styles changed. It was always our intention to update the cushions as the chair frames were solid.We were recommended to Niki by a local manufacturer and they did a First Class job. The opportunity to meet and speak to people who physically did the work was a bonus . Niki Furnishings manufactured some out door 1800 mm long bench cushions for us. We were able to select a nice fabric with good advice on its properties, the cushions were were well made with great attention to detail - very pleased with the result they add a luxurious touch to my patio furniture.

Lovely people, amazing quality and service. Niki is really approachable, genuine and professional. They refurbished two large sets of curtains for my Mum, and offered a complete solution; including removing the curtains, servicing the rails and re hanging them. The curtains look brand new and my Mum is thrilled. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Extremely professional and friendly service.We did not feel rushed as Niki spent time discussing various options to reduce light and heat during our very hot summer plus heat maintenance for the winter. We were spoilt for choice with curtain and blind patterns and colours. We decided to keep it simple and chose some fabulous light and heat diffusing blinds and curtains to complement the colour blend. Everything from measuring for the curtains and blinds and the fitting deserves five stars. Thank you Niki and team.
