Damp returned as bad as ever… have been chasing the office for a few weeks now to get a surveyor out to look at the work… one member of staff tells me the surveyor is off due to a family bereavement… the next day another tells me that same surveyor is off with flu… not sure if they have no idea what’s going on or if they are just fobbing me off… either way the work which I paid for and the ‘20 year guarantee’ seems to count for nothing! Seemingly zero interest in the customer once they have taken your money!! Look elsewhere for your fall proofing needs!!

Loft insulation replaced. We had old fibre glass insulation and decided it needed replacing we went with spray foam insulation and the difference in the heat is already noticeable. Great job done. All left spotlessly clean

My whole experience with this company was a complete frustration. After the initial very brief investigation, I was asked to pay some deposit to carry out a cause analysis (which I was told would be deducted from the final price if I instruct them to do the job), which is OK. They did eventually made 2 more very short visits after several (!) missed appointments. Then no more news. It turned out that Laura (who ran the office), using official communication channels (office phone, office email etc) took the deposit and was running jobs behind the company book. They disappeared eventually. The owner (a man who seemed correct based on the phone conversations by the way) did send out another contractor later, but that guy got upset when I was asking for any reference and said that I am too untrusting, so he won't do it. Strange! The owner did promise to give me a partial refund, but I never got in the end, and gave up chasing. Overall not a great experience. This was back in January-March 2021.
