Really can’t speak too highly of the Mansions. The apartments (we have stayed there before) are luxurious, quiet and tastefully furnished. The staff and service are 5-star, not 4. The location is brilliant, Earl’s Court tube is very close, as is a good M&S food hall. Good coffee from Paul opposite the station is a bonus. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 6 nights with our family of 5. Very convenient for all of us. We made great use of the kitchen and laundry (although the washer dryer unit does take forever compared to what we are used to at home). The serviced apartments are serviced different daily. I believe every day they give you towels and every other day they clean. The convenience to Earl’s Court underground, walking to Starbucks and many restaurants and a grocery store was great for us. We weren’t really aware of this when we booked, but we needed the size of the apartment. Staff was pleasant upon check in. I did notice I would have cold ish showers if the washer was running so just a heads up.

Our family (2 adults, 2 kids) booked an apartment at No. 1 The Mansions by Mansley in Earl's Court for 10 days in January 2022. The hotel itself is a charming turn-of-the-last-century building located in Kensington, in the same neighborhood Lady Diana Spencer lived prior to her marriage to Prince Charles. It's conveniently close to cafés, eateries, grocery stores, and the Earl's Court tube station. Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment on the 5th floor was clean and spacious with nice views, comfortable beds, a modern bathroom, and a decently appointed kitchenette. We appreciated the assortment of tea, instant coffee, cocoa and sweetener, a small carton of milk, and basic cleaning/laundry supplies when we arrived. The hotel staff was wonderful - extremely friendly and accomodating. We did notice the couches and drapes in the apartment were pretty shabby and in need of replacement, the combination washer/dryer was small and took forever to dry laundry and, at times, strong cooking odors were present in the hallway on our floor. We also experienced minor issues with both our keycard and keyless entry working inconsistently. But our only real complaint was the bathtub - extremely slick and narrow, one of our kids slipped in the tub the night we arrived. Fortunately, he wasn't seriously hurt, but we disliked how hazardous the tub was. That said, overall we enjoyed our stay at Mansions by Mansley. It was a good value and is a great base for a London visit - especially for families and longer visits. We would 100% return again.

Having read a few negative reviews, we weren’t sure if we should stay. Thankfully I followed my instincts and booked. Traditional apartments with lots of character. Very friendly receptionists and attentive management. Cleaning was done to a high standard. Absolutely loved the area, museums, parks and all the places to eat. Overall 10 stars and first class service.
