Samuel did an amazing job with our move, from viewing the property the day after enquiring to having everything signed in a couple of days. He made everything very straightforward and easy. We had some problems after getting the keys which he was very fast in getting resolved ahead of us moving into the property. This is not the first time I'm renting a flat in the UK and my experience so far was very disappointing: before you pay the agents are very helpful and sympathetic, but right after they disappear completely. With the Northwood I had a completely different experience: the viewing was right on time, the agent answered all our questions, we put an offer right away and in a couple of days the agent (Lenka) came back to us and told us that our offer was accepted. All the paperwork was done, all questions answered before the check in. The check in was done on a very professional level: everything was explained, the tour was made. Even very nice little detail: the check in report is online app where you can upload your photos and comments. Great experience, highly recommend!
