Most pathetic treatment of my young son who I took in after getting no where with GP, 111 or Walk in centre. My son had stomach pains and cramps with lots of pain and was not treated for more than 5hrs. Night shift reception nurse at children's A&E were totally unprofessinal and not bothered at all. Stuck in A&E still and its 2.50am. Pathetic NHS where I pay my taxes for being treated this way.

Wonderful caring staff and seen very quickly. Made us feel at ease as it can be difficult when having to attend hospital appointments for your child. Doctor Louise Wells was lovely and although our daughter was upset she did her best to try and make her feel calm and explained things to us excellently. Great experience with a happy outcome for our little girl. Great waiting room too, Rose especially enjoyed the light up tube in the corner of the room!
