Dr Meetu Singh is a very competent psychiatrist, who diagnosed my teenage daughter with ADHD, which was complicated by her being autistic. We started drug treatment promptly. I am very happy with their service, both clinically and administrationally ( I always send emails or make phone calls if issues are urgent). We are just about to start shared care with our NHS practice as my daughter is turning 16 years old and Oaktree Clinic have provided everything to allow us to do this. Thank you Dr Singh for helping my daughter move forward with her life as a neurodivergent young adult.

I first contacted the Oak Tree Clinic a few months ago, as one of my adult children suspected he was struggling with ADHD. This was confirmed by way of a consultation with Dr Sharma. I was able to attend and be of support to my son. Dr Sharma was very kind, patient and understanding, resulting in an extremely positive outcome. We now have continued support and my Son has been prescribed medication, and his life , and mine for that matter are very much improved. Tatania is always so helpful and efficient whenever I call too; nothing is too much trouble for her. I whole heartedly recommend ‘The Oaktree Clinic’ in every way, and thank them for all of their support.

I have many opinions about this health care provider but this review will simply state the facts due to threats of legal action. You can simply make your own mind up after reading it. I have never left a negative review on anything - I normally put things down to a bad experience and move on but the response to my complaint has been so poor, that I feel others should be warned. I booked an Occupational Health Assessment. The booking process was easy and their customer service was good. The appointment was held virtually and I felt as if I was in good hands. The appointment was related to an ongoing situation at work and I requested the appointment and subsequent report to deal with very specific points that were clearly outlined and explained on multiple occasions. The first concern I had was that the appointment with the Doctor seemed to focus on the past, leaving me with very little time (a matter of a few minutes) to discuss my issues at work. I then shared various diagnoses and waited for my report. The report I received was late, despite promises that I would receive it by certain dates. The report didn’t deal with what I had requested and was littered with obvious mistakes (the report said I hadn’t been diagnosed with depression for example when this was incorrect - something quite key for such a report on mental health). The report was effectively useless on the basis that it didn’t deal with the issues at hand. I was asked to complete multiple questionnaires beforehand but none of the results of these were referred to within the report. I have no doubt that the response to this review will highlight that this is motivated by the doctor providing an opinion I don’t agree with. This is simply incorrect. I am fully aware that doctors opinions vary and that doctors are fully entitled to reach the conclusion they deem necessary. The issue is that my report was of poor quality and didn’t sufficiently deal with what I had requested and paid a lot of money for. I then made a formal complaint and whilst I suggested a phone conversation to resolve the matter, this was ignored. I then had to exchange multiple emails to try and highlight and resolve the issues. I was first met with denials and then threats of legal action. Nearly two months after the appointment, I have now received a report that does finally deal with what I requested, albeit still with lots of mistakes that I simply don’t have the energy to correct. I’m sure the response to this review will highlight that the original report did deal with what I requested. If that is the case, why have I only just received an updated report then? I have since gone to another health care provider that has supplied me with what I need following an appointment. I have not had an apology or compensation for what can only be described as a nightmare experience of denials, threats of legal action and additional stress. When I pointed out that Oaktree Connect had received a ‘requires improvement’ rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), this was denied; stating that no such inspection took place. A simple search on the CQC website shows otherwise that this did take place and the fact that they are denying this should tell you everything you need to know. I will never get my money back but I truly hope no-one else has to experience what I have. I would urge everyone to read these reviews and take a look at the CQC website before booking. I have also shared this review, with further personal detail with the CQC.

I have had a very positive experience at oaktree connect. I went for advice from a psychiatrist due to not been able to see one in a timely fashion through the NHS. All my contact has been online via a video link. I saw Dr Meetu Singh, she is a nice lady who took time to listen and has been thorough in assessment. I have since had an ADHD assessment. No issues with medication and prescriptions. I have not had any issues, admin have been quick to reply to any concerns. Only downfall is its expensive but no more than any other private provider and my gp has declined shared care.

There were some administration and delivery issues when they moved systems a few months ago, which have now been fixed. I continue to recommended Dr. Singh for private adult ADHD services, which have been lifesaving.

I've found OakTree clinic to be very helpful. My Doctor diagnosed me in one session and has been helping me find the correct treatment for a few months now (would have been a quicker process, but I took a break over a month or two). She is very knowledgeable and understanding and I feel confident in her ability to help me get the treatment I need to improve my life. I will say I have found the admin lacking in the past, but have found more recently that if you email and are clear about what you require, they can be very helpful.

My TMS treatment has helped me free myself from regular depression medication. It was lengthy but not too time consuming, and the headaches are manageable.
