I had my rear driver's wheel arch trim and door badly dented by a hit and run driver of a Ford Range Rover. Though it took a little while, the replacement and repair was professionally done. Got my car back car looking brand new. Whilst the repair was going on, OCM in Reading kept me updated with their progress so proficiently. I am very satisfied with their service. My car was taken here through a claims company linked to my insurance company. The car was hit lightly with minimal damage, car needed an area rubbed down and re sprayed and a new number plate, two months! later I get the car back. Panal is loose and trim is coming off and parts replaced thst didn't need replacing. Avoid Garage and the claims company.
