I booked two tickets to a show and booked the wrong date. I emailed in asking if I could change the date and they said I’d have to buy new tickets and the old ones would be refunded. So I purchased new tickets, replied to them with the new booking reference and within an hour the refund had been authorised on PayPal. All of this was sorted within a couple of ours, Amy (Theatre Customer Service Senior Agent) was very responsive and helped me promptly. From my experience, I would personally recommend. Thanks all, customer service was very good.

First time ordering tickets with them and will NEVER use them again and DO NOT recommend! They had an error on their website and sent me the wrong tickets, then wanted me to buy new tickets in order to get the correct tickets instead of just sending me the correct tickets. Staff and management were not helpful either, rude and dismissive and claimed I could not have a refund and the only way to get new tickets was to purchase new ones. It took a long time, several emails and follow-up calls before someone kindly LISTENED (Thank you Danielle) and I finally got the correct tickets sent without having to purchase additional tickets. I would have given no stars if that was an option. For peace of mind go elsewhere!
