Worked fine for 2 years, but now it does not feel like connecting to the same network its been happy with for 2 years. 2 weeks and still no support from Ohme. Access to the electricity tariff i'm on relies on this working!

Very poor service , I have been waiting for installation for weeks now , submitted all photographs as requested but on the day engineer cancelled the installation requesting different cables , now new cables are in place but not getting installation, yesterday have been offered another date over a month from now , tried calling Ohme several times and all available advisors are busy and press star fir call back but no one ever calls you back , really disappointed with the whole experience, can’t use my car now for few weeks now

Faulty charger and customer service absolutely appalling. I had an Ohme charger installed by ProEV on 4 May, it has a fault and has not worked since installation, was advised to contact Ohme directly. Called several times but no one answered as too busy, requested a call back and still waiting 5 days later, raised a ticket by email and case closed saying I hadn’t responded when I had sent further information including photos. My advice, don’t buy Ohme as no customer support when things go wrong . Update 16 May: Ohme did respond to contact made via email and after a bit of back and forth agreed to send a replacement unit which has arrived , now waiting for ProEV to do the swap out which is scheduled on 23 May

I've had the Ohme home pro paired with intelligent octopus for about 3 months now. Can't fault it. Cheap charging any time of day so long as you give it warning and allow it to "smart charge" on one of your schedules. I'm using a car without API support and it works a treat. Unlike other reviewers I have found their email support to be very responsive, usually same day replies and don't seem to use canned answers. Even before I was a customer I asked for some information on the dimensions for the mounting holes so I could make a post, they replied quickly with the info I was after.

Bought the Home Pro charger through Octopus installed on 20/12/22. Totally unreliable when charging my RAV4 PHEV. I have tried every setting suggested by the technical team but it does not work reliably. They have now stated that the charger is working as spec and the fault lies with the EV! Laughable really as the car charges perfectly on public chargers and the Toyota supplied 13 amp charge cable. Have asked for full refund from Octopus but their Customer Service team is not much better. Sadly I’ll have to go legal I guess. I would not recommend Ohme under any circumstances.

This company do not take complaints seriously. They insist their charger has not caused my home electrical problems however I had no issues with my electrics before their charger was fitted. Whilst using the charger my microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer died! I am no longer using their charger but an alternative cheaper charger from Screwfix and now have no problem with my home electrics. They do not care about their customers.
