Brilliant surgery. Have been registered with them since a child and honestly not a bad word to say about any of the staff. Wendy at the reception is an absolute Gem. Turn around time for repeat prescriptions can some times be within hours. Always facilitate appointments either for myself or my parents, grandparent and every great grandparents. Highly recommend this practice and all the doctors there are very methodical and thorough.

The doctors nurse and receptionist seen lovely I have no fault with the staff. It's how to get an appointment! You spend half an hour online filling in a form where it is click here, click there and the option are often irrelevant. So meaning you have to tell a few white lies to get an appointment. Also at the end of filling in the form your send a message when the G.P will call back which can be at any time during the day. It doesn't allow you to plan or prepare your self, even when your at work or at home with family it's the inappropriate time and place to take a call the meaning Private and Confidential is lone gone.

Reception staff was very rude very bad attitude problem, Been trying to get a appointment for my sons who are 1 and 3 Can never get appointment, what’s the point of having doctors if you cannot get a appointment I’ve had to go to Waldoc as the Surgry never called me back would never recommend this surgery as you can see from the reviews I’m not the first to complain Will be making a formal complaint
