I highly recommend Alex. I have been seeing him regularly since he opened. I was in constant pain with my hips post pregnancy, sciatica and also back and neck problems. I have never not been in pain and have issues sleeping. Alex fixed all of that after a few sessions and now only see him as and when. I love feeling straight after I've been. Alex also has me now side sleeping (I was a naughty front sleeper) and I sleep so much better as a result! The reception staff are also lovely and friendly and always got a smile and have a chat. I've also had an aromatherapy massage too which was divine ... I came out floating! They catered for my nut allergy too! I also bring my 7 year old son who is hypermobile and dyspraxic. As a result of walking he becomes misaligned. Alex straightens him out again and ben is no longer In pain or hunched over. He has ASD and sensory issues as well and we see him sleep and eat much once he is straight. Ben calls Alex the magic man and only Alex can work his magic to make him feel better again. If one of us cracks spontaneously he will go "That's Alex's magic". He adores Alex and they have an amazing relationship built on trust and friendship! Ben doesnt like people touching him or in his space but he constantly asks to go back and see him! He is so blessed to have someone like Alex to care for him and make Ben feel secure and also pain free! I've also sent my husband to see him and he feels so much better as a result. We love Alex and his practice and highly recommend him (which I do to everyone who even mentions a slight ache or pain). If you are pregnant i also highly recommend you see him, he has a special cushion. Thank you so much!!!!

After collapsing in severe pain with my lower back I came to see Pat for a sports massage. I have a very hard physical job working with horses and I was in a bad way. Pat was so kind and knowledgeable and was very concerned about me so asked Alex to come and check me too who was also very kind and helpful. Pat worked miracles after the first treatment but I was in such a bad way I have just had my third and I am feeling like a new woman! The clinic is lovely and everybody is friendly and welcoming. I will be visiting now on a monthly/6 week basis to keep myself in tip top form

After two treatments with Alex and following his guidance, within a week I had full range of movement in my neck again and pain free. I managed to see Alex at short notice as I was in excruciating pain in my lower back and could barely walk. Alex was brilliant. Looks like I’ve got a slipped/bulged disk. He was very careful and gentle in treating me and explained everything along the way and after hobbling in completely crooked and in agony I walked out reasonably straight and in much less pain. After my second visit today I’m feeling much better once again. Still struggling but I’ve definitely improved and I’m so glad that I went to the clinic. Hopefully I’ll soon be back to normal. Alex has also given me some simple exercises to aid my recovery. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Another point worth noting was that my husband was able to pull up right outside so that I only had a very short flat distance to walk in. Very useful when you’re in severe pain.

I saw Alex today after a quick Google search brought the practise up. I'm always apprehensive about seeing someone new but, nothing to stress about. Professional, listens to your needs, takes the time to explain what is happening and how we can get it right. Easy to find location, polite receptionist and clean environment. Highly recommended if you're having issues.
