The staff are always so accommodating and lovely from the moment you walk in to when you leave. I’m currently having 8 sessions of laser hair removal, and already after 4 sessions the results are incredible. Amrit, that does my laser, is brilliant, making sure I always feel comfortable and just being a lovely person to talk to while having my laser done. I told different price Very unprofessional I was quoted price for 15 mins for £15 and then they called saying pay £20 the pay difference wasn’t a problem for me but their manner on the phone was unacceptable she apologised and said it was a mistake I asked if this is a mistake honour the 1st quote she said no you still have to pay £20 lts was about moral and principles which they didn’t have very disappointed I won’t be using them at all taking my service elsewhere
