My daughter is I pain, waited on the phone for over 20 minutes and no answer, so I decided to come over, and been told that because she wasn't in for yearly routine appointment (what I never got because the COVID excuse) she is not anymore an patient and they don't give her an appointment.... Very disappointed... Edit: about the response, it is a big lie, first I never got any letter/phone/text for a routine appointment reminder, second, I called to ask for appointments mid and end 2021/22 a few times, and been told that there is only urgent appointments and not routine appointment available (again COVID excuse). I have evidence (phone recordings) for what I write. I will report your practice to the NHS and to the CQC, with evidence and prepare a lawsuit with my solicitor for compensation. You have my Nr. If you want to discuss it beforehand. Have a nice day

Naima al Gwil has been really great. I’ve been to see her 3 times now and have seen a massive improvement in my oral health. She is always giving sound advice that works amazingly. She is very patient and provides excellent care. I would highly recommend her. And the main reason I’m still registered at this dentist

They cancel appointments right and left, and don't even notify the people. Unprofessional. They do half jobs. Get private if you can afford it.

Hello, I had time today, after a little delay when they realized I was using universal credit, they didn't pay me enough attention. I was not satisfied at all. I have been to many dentists but they treated me very badly, I am sorry.

Why is this place still open. They don't deserve to be called a dental clinic. A bunch of bully staff.
