One Move asked us to give a "reservation fee of £5000" to reserve a flat which wasnt a proper process. When this fell through, they have not paid us back. The agent for One Move Group is Nicole Zhao, and she/they are now unresponsive. We went straight to the Ombudsman Service and they have ruled in our favour and ordered One Move Group to pay us back the money, but they have not replied or payed us back and this will be going to court. They have also been additionally fined by the Ombudsman, and will be going into further litigation. Do not use this company. Awful company with no moral ethics.
