Uber eats or deliveroo for community services. This is very well run. I'm impressed by the friendlyness of the staff who called me everyweek for three months. The system of regular 10 mins checks needs to be applied to more community services like mental health.

This service is horrendous. My GP referred me for weight management; this company emailed me three links to weight loss programs, two of which were for men-only, and the only one “suitable” for women was not available in my area! I emailed them asking for alternatives and some actual help and they never responded. I also received an email the other day (clearly accidental) from some woman called Joana who had forwarded another patients’ email to ‘Lisa’ asking for advice on how to respond. What a huge breach of personal data and patient confidentiality (and yes, the ladies’ email was a complaint!) I would give zero stars if I could. Horrendous, unprofessional and so unhelpful.
