Mix bag of emotions- excellent doctor, Dr. Bryan Mcdonald. Great facilities and ok staff. However, another patient in the waiting area tried to hit my 2 year old with a chair because my 2 year old was playing and running around. He was miffed and tried to be a mad about a 2 year old child not listening. I had an exchange of words but it would have been nice of the staff to interfere. No one really cared that a grown man tried to hit my child. I wouldn’t return if my doctor wasn’t a saving grace.

All round good experience, especially as first time in Private Sector. I just wish I got my Doctor to answer the questions at hand face to face, but was so nervous, I let important questions slip by. Doctor was on time with my appointment, they was a nice touch.

My experience with the specialist, Dr Attard was exceptional. She was thorough, personable and very helpful. However, the administration team had NOT informed me of the pre-booking requirement for the parking and only that I was supposed to take my Q-park parking ticket to the concierge who would validate it for a discount. This did not happen. I was told that this used to happen but no one informed me of the change and I am very disappointed because parking in London is expensive enough when you know what you’re expecting to pay never mind expecting a discount that doesn’t happen!
