One arrogant person got over another arrogant person. You talk about how higher ups operate but you never question how you operate and deal with people at your own club. Maybe you should take a good, hard look at your own club first before going around pointing fingers I.e. the inequalities that occur at your own club and the way in which you deal with vulnerable people and not to forget your holier than thou attitude! The greater good? is that the justification for the attitude shown is it? What are the statistics overall for how many students you've treated appallingly? You talk about inclusivity and equality? Please Practice what you preach!!!

Not good for practical use in real life only competition and the way it is taught and practiced in the center isn't even close to anything you would expect in real life so if you wanna learn self defence and be able to protect yourself go anywhere but here

This is a brilliant club that teaches great values and gives kids a sense of achievement. The senseis are well trained and great with kids, most if not all having come up through the club over the years. Sensei Mumtaz, the founder, is a dynamic community leader and an inspiration to those who see the effort she puts in. I've never come across a sports club as good as Onna Ju Jitsu.
