  If you want privacy, cleanliness and a food location then DONT STAY HERE. The key collection is not a lock safe and you have to pick up from a petrol station pretty far out from the property. The sofa bed is useless, ended up sleeping on the floor because the sofa bed isn’t stable (if you roll over on one side it flips over) very unsafe and unsturdy. There is a doorbell camera right outside the door which isn’t stated on the listing. This is a total invasion of privacy, very sly and didn’t feel safe knowing that someone could be watching my every movement in and out the property. If this was stated in the listing then I would never have booked the apartment. There were stains on the sofa, the door handle is faulty on the bathroom doors. The Location is far out from the centre and there are no local amenities around the area. The flat opposite had their rubbish in the corridor for two days so the whole corridor stank. I would avoid staying in this property at all costs.

  Over all I would give 3 stars. The first one because the apartment is well equipped and there are all stuff you need for long stay. The second star for the free parking in locked garage. The third star for the location, about 15 minutes walking to the city center. I didn't like the building, some people are lazy, they throw their waste on the way or in the garage despite there is a garbage store, and some times they park in your parking. In addition, I feel that the area is not safe to walk at night. I can't fault Onex with these issues because it's out from their hands but overall it was a nice stay.

  Absolutely disappointed, booked it for my birthday weekend only to turn up to the property and calling for over 1 hours 30 min and still couldn’t get through to customer service. Had to go to the company next door so they could try and call him which he did answer… the owner (tal) and he said I haven’t got a booking however I did and the company’s I booked with had to call him personally which he cancelled through the app so I was left wondering what to do next with my friends as we were left without a place to stay as they booked out our accommodation to someone else but luckily the company we booked it through found us an emergency accommodation

  A few friends and I stayed at this apartment for a couple of nights over the weekend and I can't fault a thing! The apartment was clean, well equipped and modern. It was a very well maintained apartment. The location was great too! I will definitely be going back here! The landlord was also very helpful and friendly. All round great experience. Thanks!!

  Me and a few friends stayed at these apartments for 2 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The apartment was immaculate, modern and very well equipped! The host was so helpful he provided us with everything we needed throughout our stay. We’l definitely be using these apartments again!

  Recently stayed in an Onyx serviced apartment which was beautiful, very clean and spacious. Situated in a great location within a popular area of Birmingham City Centre. The customer service from the team (Tal) was sublime, he answered all questions in a timely manor and made me feel at ease with the booking. I was kept up to date regularly with information regarding my booking and was pleasantly surprised at the ease of check in/out, swift payment and return of the security deposit. Thanks again to the team at Onyx for making my stay a pleasurable experience and I will definitely recommend / use these guys again.

  Excellent service. The apartment was luxury and modern with all the facilities necessary. Check in and check out were super easy and very convenient. The host Tal is extremely helpful and welcoming which makes your stay a lot more relaxed and at ease. Highly recommend staying at Onyx Apartments as their customer service is 5*. Will definitely be staying again soon!

  This review relates to a one month stay in August 2020 at one of Tal's places on the corner of Goodman Street and King Edwards Road. The best thing about our stay was the host, Tal. We had just moved cities and needed somewhere to stay for one month at short notice, after we were disappointed by another lettings agency. Tal arranged for us to check in within 24 hours of booking, and was always very prompt with his replies to our messages. My wife and I are quite fussy, and Tal was able to provide us with a variety of home comforts on request, including: - provided a second fob and keys so that my wife and I can leave and return from work at different times - when the internet went down, Tal immediately and personally delivered a EE mifi box whilst he sorted out the broadband repair. When I mentioned we required a high amount of data as I am a gamer, he topped it up to 200gb - Provided other bits of household equipment on request - Tal provided personal contact details through which to reach him, in case of any issues The flat was clean, quiet, warm and access was secure. It is also well located for waking to the city and driving to the QE Hospital where we worked. It has everything you need even for longer stays. Thank you Tal for providing a friendly, welcoming environment, which relieved the stresses of moving city. I would strongly recommend staying in one of his places especially if you are new to the area, as his customer service is one of the best we have ever encountered in any industry.

  Beautiful apartment, very spacious, clean, modern and in a convenient central location with plenty to do/see within walking distance. The apartment itself is well furnished and has everything you need to live comfortably. Great communication with the host (Tal) and fantastic customer service. Tal truly went above and beyond to be flexible and ensure I had a great stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in Birmingham.
