Anxiety, apprehension and finally through to acceptance of the process which throughout exceeded visual expectations and ultimately manifested in better thatn 20:20 vision. I was a person not a number and felt the love. Just incredible experience and outcome. Without doubt the best ‘unaffordable’ money I have ever spent. Seeing life quite literally through new eyes.     Took really exceptionally good care of my mum, very reassuring and the optometrist called several times chasing how mum felt , when her follow up was. Talked mum down when she was agitated or nervous - honestly just really great service & so caring. She’s a credit to them & mum was a lot calmer & was touched that she called twice to check in. Slesha was the optometrists name. THANK YOU so much for remembering the person behind the people you see. Just great stuff & great team!

    Cardiff cancelled on me twice on the day I was to have my consultation siting the person that needs to do it was in the swansea branch so rearranged to go to Bristol as they have more people there, or so I was told. Left 2 hours before appointment, got stuck in traffic, called them and told them. I arrived a few minutes late and they refused to see me. After driving 2 hours to get there?? Then asked if I wanted to rearrange for another date. I said I think you’ve wasted enough of my time. This company is literally an absolute waste of time. Bye bye.
