I had considered having laser eye surgery for some time. So I decided to book a free consultation with optical express, the friendly welcome received on the day from Karrie and the information she gave along with the clearly explained pricing and payment options, helped me to make the choice to go ahead with the surgery. I was apprehensive on the day of surgery but the staff were friendly and provided reassurance. I felt no pain during the procedure and it was over really quickly. The follow up care has been exceptional and I am really pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend a consultation with optical express for any one considering this procedure.

Really happy with the whole process from start to finish. Had first consultation for laser eye surgery at Maidstone branch with Heather and William, explained whole process fully and clearly. Procedure carried out at Dartford, felt well looked after whole time, incredible experience. Sign off took slightly longer than normal but they made sure my eyesight had completely stabilised and all dryness had gone. Would definitely recommend!
