I don’t think I’ve ever had as good of an experience at any other company, ever. Not only was they caring, understanding and very polite, but they were very knowledgable in their area. This time last week we was stuck on a never ending waiting list with the NHS and today my mum is in recovery post surgery, it’s safe to say they have are quick and efficient. Just want to say a massive thankyou to Naim who was very welcoming and polite, the other lovely lady at the desk (sorry I didn’t catch your name) and Juneid the optician who was knowledgable and very reassuring after previous experiences. If I could rate 100000/5 I would.

I was seen right away and from start to finish the appointment was extremely thorough, no stone left unturned with regards to assessing my sight and the health of my eyes.
