Sons g/f here for bank holiday weekend and broke her glasses, blind as a bat without them. Popped in to see if they could temporarily repair till she gets home. A guy in here went above and beyond to see if he could match an arm from the pile of donated glasses and replace the broken one to see her through. He was lovely and so helpful. Meant to take his name but forgot 🙈. Hes an amazing employee. 🙂

I have to leave a VERY mixed review , i am afraid. Great start , taken early for my eye test , very polite , courteous and informative young lady , thank you. Chose my frames , got measured up and paid , all great . Seven to ten days for delivery , ok . Phone call, as requested left a voicemail, your glasses are ready for collection , great i thought , went the following early evening , battled the M62 , hour and twenty minutes , oh well it will be worth it. Oh no , they are NOT ready at all , didn't pass the final instore inspection , no phone call nothing !!! Not only that , they are still instore , not even back on there way to Glasgow !!!! Not at all happy . Lets see what another seven to ten days brings . Not quite what you would expect when spending in excess if £500 .

Not impressed. I had my eye test at Trafford Centre. I had no proper explanation about my test results - I had to ask questions to find out them; no information about the lenses options - just was told they cost £99. No advise on the glasses design to suit me. The choice of frames is very limited. No insurance offered. You only get an email prescription. Unfortunately, there's no store in Manchester city centre ( convenient location due to work place), where I wanted to get the glasses adjusted, which I wanted to have on the collection day, but i was told "you'll be fine". ...and the masks! (?)... I won't return to this place.
